Big kid stuff

Noah has been wanting to take off his training wheels for awhile now, so this weekend we finally had the time to do it. He was so excited=) Adam got him all suited up with helmet (actually my old helmet, which fits him perfectly, our kids have big heads, not something I want to focus on right now...), Adam's old biking gloves and knee and elbow pads, safety first=)

Adam ran around the sidewalk with him about eight times and got quite the workout, he was slightly nauseous afterwards=)

The next day they went out again and he did it on his own! very exciting... but kind of sad for mom to watch, he looked like such a big kid.
He looks so happy=)

Good job, Noah! And good job Dad for surviving that extreme workout. I have a hard time picturing Anna reaching this milestone since the fastest she goes on her bike is about 0 miles per hour. Can you believe they are FIVE years old?

WhoHoo! Good Job Noah! You and Alex would be good friends if we loved closer. He has been practicing his big boy bike for a couple weeks now but he's going through a mental block. Physically he can do it mentally is another story. But he LOVED watching you and I think motivated him to try harder. Momma's the one that has to run behind him since his bike is harder for daddy. The workout is pretty extreme. You caught on really faster~you were ready buddy, good job!
