dinner time
Lately, Truman has been so into his Daddy, whenever he hears his voice he has to turn and look at him and give him a smile, even if he's in the middle of nursing! In this video Adam was trying to feed him his dinner and he could barely focus on eating because he was so into laughing at Adam=) (sidenote: we eat squash now!)
greenhouse
check out this awesome greenhouse that Adam built! it has been such a fun project! Last year our garden was a total bust, we waited too long to plant and then when we got some good plants going they were completely eaten up by insects, hence the greenhouse.
we planted all kinds of things and have some tiny sprouts already, it's very exciting=)
working in the yard
we did a bunch of work in the yard today, it was a gorgeous day and cousin Emma is coming to visit this week so we wanted the yard to be ready for some serious outdoor fun=) William wanted me to come out and see how he was helping Dad rake, he told me "we're organizing to get ready for Emma"
later on he said, "I'm makin' some hard work mom!" such a cutie=)
Valentine's Day
since the boys aren't at school this year (by the way, we're homeschooling) I wanted them to still be able to do the valentine thing, so we made some valentines. They were enthralled with how you can fold the paper in half and trace half a heart and then cut it out, it was fun=)

yes, that's right, he's holding a lemur=) isn't this picture hilarious! the lemur is just clinging to him for dear life! Adam had to go to this animal sanctuary this week to work on a horse and they had all these awesome animals that he got to pet and hold, we're making him take us back there!

Papa and Noni Lusk got this swing for Truman for Christmas and he is finally big enough to use it!

One morning this week I read a book about pirates with the boys (a very detailed book, I might add! mom had to censor a few parts=) after that I gave up trying to get them to do anything else because all they wanted to do was play "pirate" =)
Baby's first cereal!
A few weeks ago Truman had his first taste of rice cereal and he did really well. Since then he has really caught on to eating from a spoon very quickly and loves his cereal!
